Hi Guys,
trying to help out a technophobe friend. he's ordered weeked tickets this this weekends WSBK round at Silverstone, starts this Friday but he yet to recieve his tickets. He has been before and has always recieved his tickets well in advance. The company he used Silverstone-Tickets.co.uk has sent him confirmation of his order, stating that they will be sent via DHL. He has tried phoning and emailing the company and either goes to voicemail or his mail is unanswered. DHL have no idea either, he has not been given a tracking number.
Anyone else having similar problems, suggest any help or have you use this company before? Yes he can claim his money back via his credit card company, but he wants to go so might purchase additional tickets. But then his other tickets might arrive, then he'll be out of pocket.
