So far we have;
9AM
Meeting at Loomies
Breakfast at Goodwood
Then potentially heading East to meet up with LPH
LPH, where are you riding down to, where is a good spot to meet at?
Everyone please feel free to chip in ideas of different times, locations etc

Well we are in Chelmsford so I'll text Simon to see what he reckons.
if we are going that far east, I reckon an earlier breakfast?
Don't have any plans to go all the way up to Essex, big treck in one day!
Was going to say! i would be back at 12am not pm!!
Back on track... i am up for breakfast leave there at 1030ish then east a bit before i go back
i'll see what the rest of them say when they join in, i'm happy to go to Goodwood for brekkie and then see what happens from there. Loomies at 9, should be at goodwood for 10:30 easy i think

Not gonna lie, good woods probably a bit far south for those guys, if we want to meet them it would be better if I trekked further north.
Spank, Goodwood is for brekkie not to meet. No way i'm travelling 2 hours and 100 miles for brekkie

Yeah but you all have to go south to get to good wood, if we WERE trying to meet the Essex lot then heading past forking would be better.
I agree, i'm only doing Goodwood thus far as so far those that are interested are up for it.
If meeting LPH and others is confirmed, i'll arrange another breakfast point. We need to know a meeting point to plan to and an area to ride around if we are heading East

No point you texting me Clare for meeting points. My route finding compass is magnetically spasticated. The best thing would be for you to tell us how far you're willing to ride to meet us, and then Job and other route finding gurus can attempt to suggest a meeting point. That's my thinking!
9am is good for me btw.

^^^^^^ This. Give us an idea of where to head to so i can put together some sort of route, or try :)

Sucks how there's this big **** hole called London right in the way, and the best way around it is a massive wank fest known as the M25. Essex is as "opposite side" as is possible. Can you not move Clare? By my maths it's about 1.5 hrs ride for us to get to a point which is 1hrs ride for you.
cba to use a motorway to go for a ride, i don't mind going East and having fun on different roads

To save hassle count us out. By the time I've got Chris out of bed it could be lunchtime and he's been recruited to play cricket against my mum tomorrow.

One day Clare, we shall be together again. Like star crossed lovers, torn apart by inhumane distances and relentless drizzle.

We need to find somewhere towards Sevenoaks or maidenhead for a jaunt sometime.
Loomies at 9 then we'll decide from there if people are happy with that?
LPH, let us know when you're next free at a weekend and we'll plan a trip. Maybe even camping again

Yeah, I thought Sevenoaks looked good. It's an hour for Clare and about 1.5hrs for us, and we could bypass the M3/M25 and get there using some back roads. Maybe next time!
@Job - Happy to wing it in the morning.

May be there just for a brew and to say hi, but don't count on it as If I get called by work and I don't answer coz I'm on the bike my life won't be worth living!:smt088
@Fallout were you serious about wanting some combats and survival kit? Coz I've got loads of kit you could borrow and a few sets of combats you can keep!
Fallout

@Nathan, wasn't serious, but looking at this kit list of stuff I need to take, I reckon combats would fit the bill pretty nicely. If you've got some spare to give away, would happily take em. Could buy your grinder at the same time. ;)

Ahh, reading this now after texting you. Feel a bit cheeky for getting you to drop it off! But to be fair, you know I wouldn't have been arsed to go to yours anyway, not to mention the mrs has the car all day.

Yeah, credit where credits due, you're getting to grips with it now.
Good ride today guys, despite the crappy weather in the morning and the over priced crap breakfast

We ended up having a bike free day. Chris was allowed to drive the Sainsbury trolley though.
A man should always drive the trolley

He got to use the self scanner too. I even bought him a big bag of fruit pastilles for helping. This may have somewhat made up for the waiter thinking I was his sugar mummy at dinner last night.
