Same here and no trouble with the rozzers.
attract attention to yourself by being a 'hooligan' and they'll notice and ask questions. Behave and be sensible and you're fine. Mine is out every day except for MOT time. Been to plenty of events where there are and have been police, and past them on the road without any trouble.
There is a sticky thread about baffles and numberplates which would be advisable to read

cool yea av just seen that al have a read at it, true enough tho if your stupid and driving reclasly they will stop you but if your just cruzin about they wont have a reason to stop you

Nope. Just ease it down to lower revs when they're around and I've never been given a second look.
I don't ride like a complete ar$e anyway so don't have to change too much when I see them.

Cut the end off my can with grinder, destroyed the baffle, replaced the end of the can, now have a stubby that sounds great and it has passed 3 MOT's since then and the rozzers never look twice!

I use the baffle with a slight mod so its half way between the two. Out was too loud for me.
Out. Baffle has been in twice, but that was only because I was returning from work late at night, so didn't want to wake the neighbour,,but seeing as he has been doing DIY up till 11pm lately,,the baffle will stay out now.
Will only go back in for MOT.
Baffle is under my seat, so can be put back in if Police say anything,,which they haven't yet, as I ride at a sensible pace in built up areas etc.

out!!! (I keep mine under pillion seat just in case I get pulled)
K3naked with scorpion can and baffle out permanently, I like a few others keep it under the pillion seat just in case of problems with the police however I work shifts and often ride the bike t silly hours of the night and morning and I've never had a problem even at 3 in the morning on the platform at work where the bike sounds awesome with the echo lol.

Only put them in for the MOT.
Even got stopped for speeding in an area they were doing speed checks "relating to noise levels of passing traffic", and although he looked round the rear of the bike, he said nothing about the lack of baffles.
That said, he was on a police motorbike, so may have turned a blind eye.

I don't understand the point in keeping the baffle under the seat, if it's not in and they want to fine you then they will. How is it going to help?
in. the noise gets to feckin much after a few hundred miles mind you there ain't much difference with the warrior.

My baffle bolt keeps falling out (m4 size) should I use threadlock and what type to use as I still want to be able to take it out again.

As has already been stated it shows willing and you can try the old "I've taken it out just to see what it's like that's why it's under my seat wih th Allan key to put it back in".
And it's with you just in case your able to put it back in after an accident, saves a lot of explaining to he insurance company if you can gt it back in before hey see th bike.

Useva shake proof washer .
The heat will soon render thread lock useless .

Mine's always been out and will continue to stay out (I'll sometimes put it back in if i have to go out late at night). Imo it's safer if it's louder as cars are more likely to hear you and for that reason alone it's staying out.
