The time has come, Im selling my SV, which Ive had for about 4ish years :(. . .

It just doesnt get used anymore unfortunately, I have a lot of stuff going on at the moment, and could really do with the cash to be honest.

Its on around 18500 miles, currently has no MOT or tax, the last time I ran it on the road was before xmas last year. All round its a good bike, tyres are recent, new battery, brakes are good.

Bad point: its running crap at the moment, reckon the carbs need a tune up, or Im sure if any of you have any spare carbs lying around that you know are good, it will probably be good to go, and pass the mot.

I just dont have the time, or any money to throw at it at the moment, and I need the cash, so its got to go, ideally soon!

Looking for £800

Cheers
Paul

Blimey that's very tidy looking!

It does have the odd scratch here and there, nothing to worry about though. Spends most of its time sitting in that shed!

Running rough or not, that is a good price. Good luck with the sale. If no takers on here, I'd suggest selling the lowers separately as you'd get more than £800 for the bike without them on fleabay.

Sell the paddock stand??

That price is a steal, you could get much more than that. The Curvy SVs seem to be going for around £1500 lately.

Is it driveable at all? Would be looking to make it about an hour away...

I'd be happy to take those fairing lowers off you for the right price (incl shipping to Aust).

Do you have a seat cowl?

I'd pay 100 pounds shipped for the lowers

If you do split the lowers I am very interested, let me know what you would want for them please.

Really sorry for the late replies, havent been able to get online for a few days!

Thanks for all the interest, but Ive decided to keep the bike for the time being, and get it sorted.

I'm not sure whats happening at work at the moment, just want to keep my options open in terms of commuting etc. . .

Cheers,
Paul
