Left the bikes at my parents house while I was away, one of them has leaked all over their new flagging.
Anyone know what I need to use to remove the stain/oil.

Strong detergent and a very powerful pressure washer.

Toothbrush and elbow grease.
You will learn your lesson then

Second part of that depends what the flags made of.
If its concrete done up to look like stone you can strip the outer coating off if you use too much power

Detergent is the best chance, lots of it and scrub them.

Ha, I was scrubbing the tarmac outside the house yesterday with washingup liquid and a yard brush because #somebody# had dumped a load of veggie oil all over the newly tarmacked drive...don't think it's touched it really

Get his debit card and order some OT8 that'll remove it

You'd be more use scraping the oil off using the debit card given it's current contents...

I've used Gunk Driveway cleaner before now on stone slabs with good results. At a rented house many years ago - the landlord was not happy with the oily slab so I cleaned it, then he was grumpy as all the other slabs then looked grubby compared to the gleaming one :).
NOT SAFE FOR TARMAC it says on the tin (still got the rest of it even now).

Room temperature ammonia, hot p1ss will do nicely. Direct application and wave at your neighbours if they admire your hard work.
... learnt from tv,so maybe not too reliable info

if you know anyone that lives locally who is in the military see if they can get you some Trailer Wash.
Put into a spray bottle, spray on stain, let it soak in for a few hours then hose off.

All this effort, lift flag, flip flag over, put it back. Job Jobbed. If it's stone then surely it's not single sided?
