Get a grip! Everyone knows they belong in a shed, not the garage.

My suggestion for your garage is seven almost empty tins of paint, four bicycles (two of which will have a puncture), an assortment of 3-pin plugs and fuses as you never know when you'll need one, a broken radio, most of an imperial combination spanner set, and a strip light that buzzes like a busciut tin full of angry wasps. And don't forget the can of lawnmower oil, even though you don't have a petrol mower...

+1. If you have a rowing machine and an exercise bike, you have all the CV equipment you need. Just add some multi-purpose weights like he said, maybe kettlebells instead of dumb-bells depending on your budget/interest.

Oh, and add a bit of a floormat for lying down exercises and/or "resting" afterwards!

Get a skipping rope and learn to skip properly.... some of the best cardio work outs I have ever done.
