Happens all over this land in Tesco. All they can say is park at own risk. Old friend of mine had his bike reversed into by a car in our local one. Woman was going to do the same and bugger off quick, but a bloke stopped Her driving off. She wrote the bike off, just by damaging forks and clocks!!!!
How hard did she hit it?? Ffs!! And the same goes for a trolley, did she let go and give it speed or what? A lot to break a fairing off :(

Ok not right in the door, I was about 30 feet from it but still not on the carpark, but you could have driven a bus each side of the bike, I guess some people don't have the brains they where born with!

Annoying mate! Use my electrical tape trick. Tape it up and forget about it until it falls off. "B!tch dents" is the official term btw, but in this case, 'dent' doesn't quite cut it.
I try not to park anywhere near anyone else btw!

It's now gaffer taped, with red electrical tape on top to try and hide it a bit,(not working btw), Are you gonna join us Sunday?

I have another wheel on the way and a new spindle. If by amazing fortune they both arrive tomorrow, I'll try and get the tyre put on the wheel and then get that on the bike. If not, I think Laurie is happy for me to do the ride out on his track day wheel (harass me by PM if not mate!), though I will be slipping him some coin or plenty of tea/food to make up for my share of the wear. Must remember not to do any endos.

I have the SV but it's not insured. Note: Nobody steal it, else I'll kick you square in the nuts. (yes South Park is on).

This.
Personally I try to park away from other vehicles and if possible uphill from them. Have seen loaded trolleys in supermarket and DIY shed carparks roll into cars causing quite a bit of damage.

All points duly noted, will never again stop the bike unless it's in an empty car park on a hill!
