View Full Version : Weekend Photo Challenge

DJ123
29-08-12, 08:21 PM
As stated by The Minister of Sustainability, this weekend is a photo challenge for The Prime Minister and The Minister Of Transport.

They must each get photos of themselves &/or others in the following situations;
-With a speed camera
-with a topless stranger
-with a cow
any other odd situations

After the weekend has been and gone, photos will be uploaded and then a vote will begin. The voting will be nationalised to the whole forum, not just the GM region.

Can the rest of us not try that?

I'll be working Saturday and I might be countrified enough to get me and the van near some of that.

There is a slight issue that I won't have access to power at all over the whole weekend, and my phone never lasts more than 24 hrs. There is also the issue that I will not be travelling at all beyond an isolated plain and I will know everyone there.

Could be a pretty **** competition.

XCA Fallout -1Credit for lack of ambition and defeatism. Go for a picture of a topless Great Bustard sitting on a speed camera. Etchings or hand-drawn pictures are acceptable. Maplin sell solar-powered mobile chargers if required.

Ok, to make it abundantly clear then: stuff your competition up your rectal orifices. You will have to cut it into even sized pieces so you can all have a good stuffing, unless you wish to take turns with it. In which case, pity the last guy.

@TIB - I think you should, being the most qualified and all.

XCA -1 Credit Fallout :- Unsustainable intra-cabinet hissy-fit.
Potential for exiled leader? Not sure of policy here; maybe tricky one for potential new home secretaty to cut his teath on.

Fallout
30-08-12, 01:23 PM
It is sustainable. I will be throwing hissy-fits to and beyond the grave, until the 4 horsemen of the apocalypse bring death and destruction to the world, and even then, I will be telling them to shove their scythes up their boney pelvic rear ends, and give them twist for good measure.

4 horsemen of the apocalypse

It's 5 Horsemen of the Apocalypse, Death, War, Famine, Pestilence and Ronnie Soak, the one who left before they became famous!

+5 Credits to the first one to get the reference! (If that's OK with the Sustainability Minister?);)

Definitely, they're one of the few book series I could read cover to cover and then start again immediately (I actually did with one of the night watch books, read it 3 times in a row).

must dig out my copy of carpet people actually, been ages since I read that.

But yes I would appreciate it if you could pop it under your seat on the next rideout!;)

Spank86
30-08-12, 07:37 PM
I thought you might not be serious about not having read it.

I was actually looking for another book and found it downstairs which is lucky so I'll be happy to lend you it.

Very lucky really because hardly any of my books are here. I'm waiting to get rid of a tenant so I can convert his room to a library.

XCA -2 Credits Thunderace for stepping outside of jurisdiction. Managing sustainability is no trivial matter. You worry about catseyes and other dull stuff and leave the sustainability matters to the grown-ups.

XCA -3 credit adjustment to Spank as +5 was a tad generous for coincidental literary alignment.
