The fuel tank on my pointy has a dent located south east of the filler cap where the top of the tank meets the side..best way I can describe it.
Basically can I fix this myself or could the likes of a dent devil guy fix this? Or is it going to be a big job and Id be safer buying a good used tank (dont want to do this if possible.) Have read loads of posts of guys who have dented tanks and dont know what the best solution is?
Thanks
Give Avalon Fairings a call, they're in Sandy, Beds - 01767 223344. Ken there does absolutely excellent work. We use him at work (Suzuki and Kawasaki main dealers) and I have my own paintwork repairs done by him too.

Thanksdont know how bad your dent is or if the paint is damaged, but i know a "dent doctor"can get some dents out of a petrol tanks,as my mate dropped his triumph thunderbird and the handlebars /throttle cable dented the tank and you cant see where it was damaged now
