How to restrictor a 2000 SV650?

Hi Guys

First let me say what a fantastic site. Thanks to the admin and subscribers.

Im finalising the deal on a 2000 SV 650 S. I would like to fit the restrictor kit on:
1. Which kit would apply to my model ( washers or ecu )?
2. Where can I get the kit?
3. What would the kit cost approx?
4. Any help on how to install the kit would be much appreciated asap.

For you washers. Post an advert in the wanted section and have a look in for sale. They should be quite cheap off here if you can find them. For a how-to try searching, you'l find something. Post up where you are situated and someone might be willing to help.

That's a bit far for me mate. But the job shouldn't be beyond anyone with a haynes manual and some common sense. :)

Cheers. Im gonna give it a shot. Found a site from a thread. Laser masters. Emailed them the specs from the thread. Apparently they cost £5.50 delivered. If alls good , i will order them then try installing. Fingers crossed lol :)
