I'm not sure, I didn't write down when I swapped over from the micron system with fuel can but I think in region of 40k.
It's sounded rattly for a long time though to be fair. I'd guess redoing them every 15-20k is about reet.

It's crazy how quickly it comes out. I put my baffle in for the mot a month or so ago and when I got home and took it out it was covered in loose packing. It was only 10 miles each way

Did you wrap the perforated tube in stainless steel wool before the packing?

I've never had it open. It's a standard Fuel exhaust
