Ebay has, literally pages of them, from 2nd hand OE ones like this (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SV650-SV-650-X-REGULATOR-RECTIFIER-REG-REC-/221062666207?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item33785c97df) to new pattern parts like this (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SV650-REGULATOR-RECTIFIER-99-02-MADE-IN-JAPAN-/271020647330?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item3f1a16e3a2). Serch for "SV650 Rectifier" and make sure you click on ones for your year.

Some come with a warranty, some without.

Your Suzuki dealership will sell you a new, original part.

Wemoto have a selection from £70 - £180. (http://www.wemoto.com/bikes/Suzuki/SV_650_SK1_SK2_SX_SY/99-02/#ELECTRICAL)

Have you tried the local Co-op or Londis?

If not there's a specialist Star Wars costume shop near me. I'll go in and ask if you like.

(I jest)
