View Full Version : I fell off the wagon...
.... and have just had half a large chicken, pinapple & mushroom pizza. That's me in the naughty corner at Weigh****chers on Monday... assuming I'll fit in the corner.
A question; will I live longer if I continue on the rabbit food diet or will it just feel like it coz its so bl00dy boring?
feck weight watchers m8. think about it if you loose all that weight then they loose a customer. diets don't work or if they do then you will put the weight back on unless you keep going for your weekly 'you look great' keep buying our stuff/membership borlox. it's your own mindset that makes you loose weight nothing more nothing less. if you cant loose weight by your own free will without having to be praised then you will never loose it.
46-48'' waist to a 32-34'' in 1.5 years if you want to know how then PM me. its easy peasy and quite widely known.

What a naughty boy, you should be ashamed. Bet your weight's down over the week. One little digression will not matter a jot in the longer term. Hope you enjoyed it.

I will now stay off beer tonight... but I can hear a JD or two shouting "come and find me."
good news is there are no calories in spirits so go fill yourself up m8 :-)
there are calories in JD actually, something like 78 calories in a pub measure (35mls), and we all know Bri (probably) wont be drinking a pub measure!
;)
so what's the daily recommended intake of calories for a man?
around 2,500... which granted is a few measures of JD. :)

My weight is stable on 2250. Depends on my activity levels.

Best advice eat half the fat cake, that way you can eat twice as much.
If guilty, then DUST.
Yup, 2,500 is the average intake to maintain your weight in line with activity levels. Obviously if you do more you eat more. If you do less (in theory) your calorie intake should be reduced in line with this.
So no deep fried mars bars or trips to Anstruther Chippy twice a week! ;)

I too fell off the wagon. The wife had bought (against my orders) a pack of 4 snickers and I found them. So I had one
And then the other 3.
Back to the cross trainer.

fell off the wagon! I eat that before I get on the wagon lol. they have put the national average up now to 3,000 kcals. I do eat a lot of crap but run and have an active job. Little things like 1 sugar instead of 2 in brew makes a difference as you dont think of the calories in a brew do you lol

That would cause Bri's dizzy spells, but I think it's the hunger causing them.
OMG! The JD fairy has emptied the bottle again... time for bed said Zebedee
