Just joined the forum coming from svRider.com. Figured I share this with you guys too. Decided to test out some rain gear while trying to go to work in Las Vegas. Bad idea.

Hope you had a fenda extender fitted to the front fender, you know SV650's have a habit of cutting out on the front cylinder in heavy rain :D

I just ordered one in fact. I don't think it would have helped me that day, though, since the front cylinder was completely underwater. I also put dielectric grease around the plug wire. Hope it helps if I go through this again.

Great video. That looked like a lot of fun (apart from the wet cylinder). Hope they gave you a pay rise for your efforts. :rolleyes:
