This is purely a guess but could it be the cam chain tensioner?
Sure some one will come along and correct me and say its carb related lol

I'm probably wrong but it sounds very much like mine did when a couple of the alternator rotor bolts were a bit loose.
Only way to check this is to drain the oil, remove the alternator rotor cover (about 10 bolts) and then make sure that the half dozen bolts that hold the rotor in place are done up as tight as possible. Just be careful when you take the cover off that you don't damage the gasket or you'll have to buy a new one.

Where's your camera pointing 9 seconds in? You seem to have been right on it then.
Use a screw driver to listen. Shove the handle in yer ear and touch the business end against the motor and listen. Try top, bottom. front back etc. You'll be surprised how much you can hear.

Your looking to locate where the noise is coming from. From there you might get an idea what's causing the noise.

Get a big screwdriver, put the blade end against the engine and your ear on the other end, sometimes it helps to put your finger in the other ear to cut out other noises. Move the screwdriver around the engine and you will be able to pinpoint where the noise is coming from. This should make it easier to identify what the problem is, if any.
