Well thats my riding gone for a few Weeks.....just returned from an unplanned hospital visit that entailed having my gall bladder removed.

I'm back home now but wont be able to hndle the core muscle work for a good while...

But dont worry "I'll be back"....mnwahahahaha

I had my gall bladder out a few years ago. It was keyhole surgery & I was back at work the next week. I guess you were in a LOT of pain with it?

I collapsed on the 6thg Sept....had to wait for a Pancreatic infection to die down somewhat then they could operate....and yes it hurt like hell.....lol
