looks like a very overpriced version of the xexun tk102-2 (which i have).
the battery time listed on the website seems a bit optimistic as mine with a larger capacity battery only lasts 3-4 days.
but the unit itself is very good if you get an original one. sends google map lnks, long/lat or you can track vehicle position online. its also pretty accurate depending on the signal your receiving (GPS,GPRS).
for £125 pricey, i got mine for about 50/60£ off ebay.
btw i got a cheap chinese version for ~ £20 and it stopped working after a month
