Following on from this thread; http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.php?t=178140 I'm back from the hospital having had an operation on my wrist.

Carpal tunnel syndrome resulting from the old injury has been really sore for months, so ten minutes in theatre and it should be sorted.

Tons of lidocaine which is wearing off so I'm shaking like a pooing dog!

Can't drive until the stitches come out in two weeks, so no work either.

Blimey - looks like they should have put another stitch or two in - these cutbacks have been severe!

Mmm. I was a bit surprised at how few stitches there are. One has pulled out, may have to go and get it replaced.

Superglue should do the trick ;) Let them do it though Pete.

Looks like it needs the usual clean up.

Dettol and a wire brush should sort it Pete.
