You know the ones, where somebody's surname might be connected to their job or looks.
I've just seen in the news, a weather girl called Sara BLIZZARD, doubly funny as today is the 25th anniversary of the really bad hurricane we had in '87 :)
Also, there was a really fat kid in my school called B.Weight
Anymore?
My surname is Willerton. I have a big heavy... must remember the U-rating;)

If Bri's willer weighs a ton, does that mean I have four balls?
I used to work with a Richard Seed, and he was a total self abuser. He used to delight in telling customers his name was
'**** Seed', then when inevitability asked for clarification he'd say 'yes 'Seed' as in plough the field and furrow'. His job was telesales cold calling, he didn't get very many leads.

I used to work for a record label and my counterpart in Japan had a brilliant name. We never tired in our office of ringing her so we could hear her answer the phone, "Hello... Nina "procreate" yu

I genuinely used to work with an American called Michael Hunt who was very rarely called Mike. He was however a decent bloke.

In my early days at EDS one of the finance team in Germany was called Doris. Her surname to us was slang for "lady garden" and one of our guys would frequently bellow out asking if anyone had Doris M****'s phone mumber, despite knowing it already... I met her once and can confirm she was one letter off being very well described by her name. The description was used by Jade Goody as she was not sure if she was one herself.
Think I got away without triggering the U rating there!
The first teaching job had a woodwork teacher - Mr Wood.

My surname is Law. I'm a cop!
There was a dietitian at Kingston Hospital with the surname Whalebelly.

Swear filter really shouldn't block out words that can be somebody's genuine name or Surname. I have an Uncle (by marriage) with a four letter surname beginning with D and short for Richard. It's not exactly that strong a 'swear' word and it's bad enough being called that without being unable to type it on a computer either.
We had a doctor called Basher a few years back, doesn't fill you with confidence going to visit him :)
In the mob a few years back, a friend of mine's surname meant that if he had been promoted he would have been Yeoman Yeomans :)

The Turkish have a traditional name structure whereby surnames of elders are sometimes used as christian names, but of course the surname still carries down, so I used to know a guy named Mentesh Mentesh.

In my job I process customer applications, one of which was Roger Child... His middle initial was 'A'...
in my youth i had a friend called Phillip McCracken. i had a music teacher called Mrs Bell who's maiden name was Dingwall.
we had a graduate entrant join us... Foolishly I suggest he change his signature. His name was Peter Ennis but when he joined us he signed, PEnnis. Thankfully, he soon changed it to Peter... you'd have thought he'd have had more sense being a grad.
Had a guy at my old school calles Chris Peacock, and one of my dad's doctors was called Dr Ian Kneebone

A friend of mine is called Aiden loonie . I will always remember when he was at court on motoring charges and had to phone up to check what time he was due there . I would love to have seen the clerks face when he gave his name as A Loonie

When i write it i tend to cross both the T's of my surname (Lovett) with one cross making it like the greek letter Pi. I do love Pie. My grandmother was called Irene.
A friend of mine went to uni with a Richard Head, took her 6 months to realise why he insisted on being called Richard.
Two guys at my school (one was a few years above me) were Peter and Andrew Ness.
A few years back I was racing and Oliver Watt was just ahead of Andrew Pratt on the start order, with just their first initials and surname.
