I bet there are a few secret fans Strictly Come Dancing on here... those who can tell their tango from their foxtrot.

I have spent today with the BBC filming for Saturday's show with Michael Vaughan and his dance partner Natalie Lowe. The Long Room has never seen anything like it and the head coach says Natalie's batting has 'a lot of potential' and he'd be quite happy to give her some extra tuition!

Don't mind it but I have a severe dislike of Bruce Forsyth... He always comes across as a real nasty piece of work...

But Flavia and Ola certainly make up for him being a severe pain in the proverbial... I'd even go to dance lessons if they were going to teach me...

No, I was keeping well out of camera shot and taking photos. Vaughan's dancing has certainly improved since the last time I saw him boogie which was at about 3am after far too much wine at an awards do.

On the odd occasion when I have no choice but to watch it - everything is made bearable by that 5 second clip of Ola Jordan bouncing up the stairs.
