Its only a small dent on the right bottom corner if you are looking at it from a birds-eye view. But I'm fussy :cool:

Tried a dent doctor or a local bodyshop? A decent second hand tank is gonna be anywhere from £100-£150 I would have thought, it would be cheaper to get yours repaired.

No I havnt, thought maybe they wouldn't be far off the price of a 2nd hand tank. Thought too that a dent doctor might not be able to sort it due to the tank construction inside you know?

A dent is a dent, there's no special construction in a fuel tank apart from some are double skinned.

Ok, I may give the dent devil a guys a phone and see what they can do. Thanks for the info. What should I expecting to pay roughly?

I have no idea as I've never used them, just keep in mind how much a second hand tank is!
