I am pretty sure it will only fit the 660. The 550 is much thicker, but not sure about the 220 but i doubt it as it is much smaller.

Sell it on eBay and use the money to get a Tom Tom rider :)

Oh and don't forget to join the sprint forum and mention I 'sent' you :)

Why would he want to take a backward step?

Tomtom riders are very user friendly, theres plenty of people who agree too, easy menus to navigate, easy to use out of the box, cheaper etc etc etc

Never had any problems with my Garmin Z550 and it's done very nearly 100,000 miles of navigating me in the four years I've had it

Not saying theres anything wrong with them but if I was the op I wouldnt go to the expense of a 660 garmin just cos he's got a cradle when a TT rider will do an equally good job in an easier fashion for a fraction of the cost, I don't consider this a 'backwards' approach personally.

i only asked the question as it had been wired in by triumph from new, rather than going about removing it i thought a cheaper garmin would be a good option.

Hasn't been wired in mate, it's just a plug in cable underneath the little locking box on the the right hand side, can put any cable in there.
