Anyone ridden the modern Suzuki Van Van?

So has anyone ridden a modern Suzuki Van Van? Either the 125 or the 200 version?

What are they like?

What speed will they sit at on an A road, 40, 50, 60 or more?

What do the funky tyres do for handling?

My mate's learning on one of these. I was nearly going to take a test drive on one to pass some time a few weeks ago while the girlfriend was shopping. I think there awesome looking wee things, if i lived in the city i'd be tempted. Sales man said the tyres make little difference to handling but i'm not so sure.
