Returning stuff to Hein Gericke?

just out of intrest has anyone else brought waterproof gear from hein gericke since there big come back that in fact wasnt waterproof at all,and then been unable to contact them by phone?

I bought some gloves from them which leaked after an hours rain so I took them back to the shop.
They exchanged them no problem. Might be worth discussing the matter with your local shop even if
you bought it online.

They haven't got an answerphone but you'll get through eventually if you keep trying.

Had the same issue with a pair of 'waterproof' boots. Haven't had any emails responded to and my local store is one that's closed. My only option is to keep trying to call, then maybe a letter to their business address.
