I'm replacing the bouncy thing at the back of the bike on some date from the 20th to 28th December and think it would be easiest to use an abba stand to hold up the bike. Unfortunately I don't own one.
Could someone near guildford possibly let me borrow theirs for the proposed dates? Will pick up and drop off of course and buy beer / coffee / some beverage in exchange for your kindness :)
To fit an SK3 SV650s
Many thanks
- Tim
if mine fits you can use it from next weekend.

that'd be perfect, could i give it back to you on the following weekend?
say 22nd - 30th? ( 29th is my 20th birthday ;) )
No worries. Will let you know when I am finished with it but forks should be back in the bike on Wednesday.

I'd read it was better to use an abba stand :)

Yeah I thought so myself as I'm waiting on mine to be delivered but I used axle stands the other day and it took me an hour

Remember to use lock tight, some of the bolts might be seized and require someone on the other side to use a breaker bar to break the original lock tight.
Wd40 comes in handy!
With the gsxr thou shock I think you have to cut the battery tray??
