I have a Furygan leather jacket which is nice and snug, and fits perfectly, but it's a tiny bit short at the bottom. I've tried hanging weights on the bottom of it for a week but it hasn't stretched at all. I only need about 1-2cm more at the bottom. Is there any way to achieve this? Maybe leather softener?

basically no that's a lot to stretch it, sell it and buy a bigger one.
Having say that, you can sometimes ease a pair of gloves by soaking them and then putting them on, making a fist and holding that shape until they naturally dry (at least a couple of hours), perhaps you could try something along those lines :smt102

At the risk of wrecking a really nice jacket maybe even changing its qualities (might not do its job in an off) as above just sell and get a bigger size.

Why not see if someone could stitch some elastic around the waist to cover the 1" extra you require

Cut an inch off yer legs ?
Please don't hold me to this... But I know you can stretch leather shoes by rubbing alcohol (specifically vodka) into the leather.
Yes... A russian told me... Yes... I tried on a pair of old shoes... Yes it works... Yes I also drank the vodka
