extending brake lines?

ok i have finally fitted my renthal bars onto my ay50 scooter but because they're wider the brake lines are now too short, is there any way of extending them 4 inches?

It will have to be new ones or buy some 4 Inch ones and a 'junction' box for lack of a better term. Like the sv uses a 'splitter'. Similar concept, except you're using it to extend.

I guess similar to this, (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Kia-Rio-2002-1-3-brake-pipe-junction-Breaking-for-spares-/180872009104?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item2a1ccfd590)but just get a longer line or you'll end up with a frankenbike! Sell your stock one or upgrade to a braided hose.

right so then I take it i can literally just fir them in with banjo bolts

Yeah, though it would work I'd still go for a longer hose.
