The time has come to sell my beloved K4 N. which I have spent a small fortune on and has bought me many happy miles :(

However I feel it is time for me to move onto better things so I have my eye in a few other bikes.

Ok so here is the run down.

Paintwork does have a few marks put nothing very serious and it cleans and polishes up beautifully
Tax runs out in January but if it goes for the right price I will stick 6 months on it
MOT runs out end of Febuary

I also have lots of spares I will chuck in

Standard rear wheel
Standard exhaust can
Pillion seat
Grab rail
Pillion foot pegs
Headlight fairing cowl which is found as standard in the k5 + naked models
Standard headlight
Standard rear shock
Standard rear light

It's bike really has been good to me over this year I have owned it and it really does look stunning with all the work I have done to it. Everywhere I go I always get people turning heads and asking me about it. I will be sad to see it go but the time is right.

I am after a quick sale so priced at a bargain price of £2350 ovno
I have spent well over £2000 on this bike since I bought it in February and it really does show.

Bike is located in Kent

Pictures are available on request via email as I can't seem to post them on here.

However I have a link to a YouTube video I made, bike is the same apart from the laser exhaust is no longer on there as I replaced it for the arrow full system.

Thanks, she has been well loved. Like I said I will be very sad to see her go and if I had the cash I would keep her and have too bikes. But unfortunately I can only have one, and the time is right for me to upgrade.

Can't believe someone hasn't taken your hand off for this.

GSXR front end alone would set someone back £600+ plus fitting.

I know lol, I thought I really underpriced it for a quick sale. I can only put it down to the time of year.

If I didn't already have one complete with GSXR front end (still working on the rear, but aren't we all), I'd have been very tempted.

im gutted that your selling this bike now as im still suffering with a broken leg after my bike crash back in feb and this is exactly the look that i like for an sv which is going to be the replacent bike, the forks and shock are mint additions! if i had a bit more cash in the bank and didnt have my mangled leg id be parting it from your hands

hopper650
18-12-12, 07:09 PM
Oh dear sorry to hear about your leg. I think I'm going to keep it for the time being and try advertising it again in the spring, rather than rushing to sell at the price i got it up for. I will stick a set of new tires on it and a new mot and tax in the meantime. So if your leg is any better then maybe it's for you lol

Thanks mate, it has been a bit of a s**tter being in and out of hospital having skin and bone grafts. if you do decide to hold onto it for a few months then if you would keep me in mind as a potential buyer that would be greatly appreciated.

Yea I can imagine. I had a big off 5 years ago on a curvy sv, smashed my arm up and busted my ankle. Took a while but got there in the end :)

I will drop you a PM to see if your still interested in the spring.

Its never nice hearing about another bikers accidents but i don't really think you can be 'christened' a true biker without some kind of off. I was proper lucky (or unlucky) whichever way you look at it... i broke my right femur in 2 places, fractured a vertibrae in my neck, suffered a bleed in my brain, and utterly destroyed my lower right leg to the point that it almost had to be amputated. but hey if it hadn't happened i wouldn't be thinking about buying your sv lol. you got.your eye on anything in particular for its replacement?

No very true, always look at the positives ehh? :)

I think for now I have my mind set on a zx6r or possibly a zx10r. I have seen some very good examples going for a nice price lately. Which is what prompted me to sell the SV so quickly. Long term dream bike is Abrams new KTM RC8 but haven't won the mrs over on that one yet lol

Nice choice, i like the 636 kwak personally but they're all pretty sweet. and as for the rc8 that's a dream bike so its mandatory that the missus has something to say about it lol.

Lol, she has agreed to it but we need to get a house etc... First apparently lol. Women ehh always got their priority s the wrong way round

No all joking aside. I am just about to buy a 06 kawasaki zx10r so I really need this gone due to the mrs not happy about to bikes lol.

So due to the time of year, and taking into consideration the tyres. Limited tax and mot I am reducing it to

£2000
