Just fitted my new exhaust to the SV, very happy with the quality and Delkevics customer service was of a very high standard too.

Doesnt it say in product description:

Not intended for road use!

You naughty fellow.

Looks like you need a pair of Bibio rear spindle adjuster plates n'all.

I know, I use it everyday as my main transport so tends to get very dirty very quick. Just this morning done a complete clean, degrease and regrease with a bit of polish too and now she's gleaming ;)

So the million dollar question is . Do you use the baffle ? Under the seat as a tank prop don't count ;)

Mmmmmmm after searching on eBay and the delkevic site it appears all sv650 exhausts have disappeared... They must be updating their supply now...

Just bought one if these, sounds immense! Haven't got out on the roads yet to try it when riding but is a nice loud at standstill. Don't know much about baffles etc but I got one with the exhaust, currently not in the exhaust, how would I go about puting it in the exhaust? Looks just like a cylindrical tube with honeycomb like texture and blocked at one end with a bolt on it.

It really is a brilliant exhaust. If you look underneath the exhaust towards the link pipe you will see a small Allen key bolt, if you take that out the baffle slides in honeycomb first and there should be a slightly longer Allen bolt that goes back through and then also into the baffle. I have found this tricky and the quickest way I found was to slip the end can off and put it in from the smaller link pipe side. Hope this makes sense and helps you out bud.

Alternatively leve it in a draw at home. ;)

Ok thanks Brad, as I said I haven't actually got a ride out to hear what it's like (guilty fair weather biker) but hopefully its ridable without and wont bleed the ears. What way do you ride with yours? Excuse the pun
