Got this email through my cycling club, I know some of you are deep into cycling so if you live London I thought this might be of interest. If you want more info, send me your email then I'll foward it onto you.

I have been to St Mary's University tonight for tests on my cycling fitness, Daniel who carried out the test mentioned he would like more males to participate. Daniel will provide the following information at the end of all the tests.

· Body composition (body mass, lean body mass, fat mass, resting metabolic rate, pulmonary capacity, etc.)
· CO2max and CO2 – intensity relationship (cycling economy)
· Lactic threshold and lactate max
· Critical power
· Anaerobic capacity and anaerobic work capacity
· Heart rate max

All for free.

More info is in the attached documents and below email.

If you want to participate contact Daniel on daniel.muniz@smuc.ac.uk , he did say the age range specified in the document is a guide.
