There are a load of ex army people here, including at least one (I think) ex tank person.
Might be interested in BBC2, 9pm tomorrow - about tank heroes of WW2.
Quite why someone would want to sit in a box and get shot at is beyond me. Tho I don't suppose it's much different to being in a plane, just requires less brain power (due to one less dimension to deal with).
