View Full Version : Curvy disc bolts.
I want to change the discs on my SY model curvy soon.
Incase some of the bolts dont come out I was going to replace some, went to my local suzuki dealer on sat to see how much a new set are for the front wheel £72 I was told !!!
After getting that price I think I will use the old ones !!
still expensive, but cheaper than suzuki cheese linky (http://www.pro-bolt.com/stainless-steel-disc-bolt-suzuki-front-pack-x-10.html#.UPWvDOQ2bsw)

suzuki Bike of the Month. The SV was this last month, not sure if the promotion is still on as it usually lasts for 2 months after (unless they've sold all the parts)

They shouldn't cheese if you use a hex socket bit, and clean them out before trying.
Removed the set from mine and the bolts had not been removed in 12 years and didn't have 1 issue.
When you put them back, give them a rub over with a fine wire brush and use copper grease mixed with studlock to put them back
