They are pretty easy, Take the clock apart and lift the needel off with 2 spoons. http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/01/20/yre2ajut.jpg
This is my plasma One at Night and White in the daytime.
I also changed the smd in the lower display with blue ones and under the needel a red One.

The tricky part is to get the needel back in the same spot.

Not done an SV, but had the clocks of my car apart last year and it wasn't too hard. As stated, the key thing is getting the needle back on in the same place. Gently turned it to the end of its anti clockwise travel then used masking tape to show where the line was.

getting needle back.. take screws out place card/paper on the face put screws back on then mark tip of needle on paper.. viola! template.
