To drink regular coke, pepsi is way too sweet the diet stuff taste nasty:-s:puker:
Though I have really cut back on all that junk, so its either instead of booze or when I'm working late into the night since I never touch caffine it has quite a kick to it but only short term. I wouldn't suggest anyone drink it really it changes your internal ph.

Good call. I'm quite partial to Irn bru, second favourite drink after cola based ones.
Pepsi max is my first choice but will drink any of them. Only really have normal coke as a hangover cure.

Caffeine yeuch of which ive been free for about 4 months and its scary how much your body is used to it. Took me a month to know it was gone out my system. I can get a natural sleep and get tired less.
Coke but only have a couple of sips out of a tin with my dinner then wifey finishes it.
When I need a cold drink I go for water or milk you just cant beat a huge glass of milk with loads of ice cubes.
What drink is a Keith-D
Agree with the better sleep once you get caffeine out of your system, only problem was the headaches for a few weeks. Even my numerous cups of tea per day are free of caffeine. If I accidently have a regular coke, awake for bloody hours.
No need for energy drinks - any cup of tea or coke will give me wings!!!

Anything diet, cos otherwise the normal stuff you can literally feel the sugar in the texture of it.. It's rank.

Usually i drink a supermarket own brand and because Sarah does most of the shopping, diet cola.

Don't drink fizzy pop. Full of garbage that's bad for you. Aspartime, is the devil.

Where's the "tea" option? Southern fairies.

Real Coke. I discovered a few months ago that I can't tolerate artificial sweetners so I've gone back to proper sugar in my coffee and no more diet drinks, only real ones. And I've had no more bladder or kidney pain and feel loads better. Ting is my favourite.

That will be the aspartame. Look it up, and see what horrid things it does

Doesn't tea and coffee dehydrate you?
They used to say caffeine in tea and coffee acted as a diuretic, but now they say its no more a diuretic than water.
I'm slightly more sensitive to coffee, makes me tiddle lots, but I'd hardly say I was dehydrated. Would be far more so drinking cack fizzy stuff ;)

Sorry.
A six pack of coke could fall off the shelf in Asda and hit you on the head?
