Ive been outside rummaging through the sheds taking pictures of everything i don't need. I need to raise some cash to buy a bike as i have no transport whatsoever at the moment and im not living in a city with easy public transport access. All this stuff will go on ebay on Sunday if no interest is shown here. I need to go out in a sec so will just make a quick list for now, i will add to it and add pictures later.

All prices negotiable and postage will be added.

From my 2001 SV650S Candy Red i want to sell:

Lower fairings in candy red including the hens teeth(black fake air scoops). Assorted cracks on both sides and crash damage to LHS. Definately repairable and cracks are not too big. £90

Both bikini fairings including stock indicators, both have cracks around the indicators in the normal places, Fair condition otherwise £35 each

Nose cone, couple of marks where someone reversed into it. Did more damage to his taillight. £35

Front faring bracket, some surface rust, not bent- £30

UK clocks- All working, no scratches £50

EU Clocks- Never used came with bike, no scratches £30

Clock facia no scratches, has carbon bit including the bits behind the mirrors £30

Mirrors scuffed- £15 each side

Complete engine with 35k Miles breaking. You can have the whole lump for £150 or i will split for parts upon request. It burned a bit of oil before i decomissioned it (still running) so if you buy the lump that would need addressing. Gearbox was starting to feel a bit loose but didn't make any bad noises, all gears worked and never jumped out of gear. This is a forum notice, this wont go on ebay- I thrashed this engine a fair bit, it didn't have an easy life.

And possibly if i get a good offer my forks. Forks have inside them K-tech 0.85 springs, debruix emulators and 15W oil. It was a home done jobbie so you may want want to disassemble and check for your peace of mine but trust me I thrashed the bike after doing these mods and it felt GREAT! big improvement over stock. If the forks sell there will also be newly rebuilt brake calipers available too and yokes and clipons and two front wheels, each varying degrees of dented (potholes not crashes). Please just make me offers by PM for this stuff because I'm not 100% decided to sell.

I have a set of carbs that came with the bike in unknown condition. £40

From a 2010 dual spark engine i have used parts from:

Stator- £50

Flywheel and woodruff key- £60

Starter motor £60

Both complete heads including rear exhaust stub and front header £100

Barrels £20 each, pistons available at later date.

Crank and conrods available at later date.

Rocker covers £20 each

Exhaust cams only - £30 pair

Wiring loom, never tested came with engine £40

Throttle bodies- £45

Clutch inc plates- £40

And probably a shedload more. When i put pictures up later it should jog my memory.

Prices negotiable especially if you come and get the stuff in person from OX20 postcode.

I only have one set and will use them in a lower mileage curvy engine i have bought. The majority of the pointy engine is gone.

Sorry that was a vague post, i was a bit tired. I don't have a seat cowl for sale. I'm selling these bits because I'm changing the look of the bike but I'm keeping the tail.

Are you likely to split the engine ???

The curvy engine? Depends what bits you want and how much you want to pay. Obviously if you only want 1 thing then it might not be worth it for me.

Do you have a complete left side gear shifter and bracket?

Some of the prices for your curvy plastics seem a tad high - mine were on ebay a couple of weeks back at a fair bit less and around half didn't get a sniff.

If you want shut of the curvy fork internal stuff drop me a PM.

It is only really the left engine caseing that I need (sprocket side). Yes the curvy engine.

But as you say that is taking the hole engine apart.

I might think about buying the hole lump if its in good nick.

How much oil was it burning ??

Hi, what's the purpose of the Woodruff key?

Enough oil to make me worry, so quite a lot. But i always kept an eye on it. I would not describe its condition as good. Its more a spares/rebuild engine. It still ran though! And it only smoked a bit when cold, once warmed up had to give it hard revs to see any smoke puff out.

Hi, what's the purpose of the Woodruff key?

Runako its to do with the firing timing of the spark plug. Adjusting the key buy changing it makes the engine fire slightly earlier or later as you require. This is just a standard pointy one that comes with the generator/flywheel, i just put it in because its there and hasn't been lost etc.

If my prices seem high that's because I'm not a parts seller and i haven't valued them properly. Like i said, I need money and offers are welcome.

I'm not willing to break the forks down into more parts, if you want them then we need to come to a price for the complete forks. The reason im selling my front end-GSXR front in the near future. And the reason i'm selling my fairings- i want a cafe racer look. So apart from the front end and front plastics general framework and bodywork parts are not for sale.

Thanks :)
