can anyone comfirm what resistor I need for removing the pair system ive read somwhere it us a 22ohm 5watt?
bike is a k6 650 if it makes any difference
thanks
Why go to the trouble of removing the whole system? You can just blank it of AFAIK? Check chewys stuff for the blanking plates. I've not heard of a resistor being needed but I've not done it myself so I could be missing something?

I need to remove the whole lot as I am running out of space under the tank with the extra wires from my hid projector and I am also fitting some sv1000 throttle bodies which take up quite a bit more space so the resestor is needed to trick the ecu in to thinking its still there so it doesn't show any fualt codes
Ok fair do's. hopefully someone will be along who knows the answer :)

Hi fella, I build the complete race looms for supertwins. Your right with the resistor. But it needs to be cooled. I have done alot of devopment in the Sv supertwins. This is a small bit but they will get hot at high revs and burn out. If you want a resistor send me you address and I'll post you one.

I wouldn't bother with SV1000 throttle bodies, TWF bores out the stock ones.
