Seat - gel or memory foam?

Hi which comfier gel or memory foam for a seat?

dont use memory foam as it has no support.

gel is ok and that's what i use with a little foam underneath the gel to give it 'give'.

seat comfort is all to do with the shape of the seat and how it supports your ass.
