Following on from recent posts such as 'Tea' and 'Coffee', and in light of todays news article:
BBC Item (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-21364588)
How many people here actually take their allotted lunch hour, and really use it for a break. Or do you rush around, work through, do something you won't have time for later?
Personally I try to take the time if I can, going to the pub for a (non-alcoholic) drink, and game of darts. But so often I'm out and about and miss a lunch, or have too much work to do to stop...
Today, for example, I had to go to site, so I ended up working half of my lunch to make up for some of the missed time, before popping to the supermarket to grab some food and then sit at my desk typing this.
So.... Answers in the poll please.
