Any idea what these are?

I think they may be paddock stand bobbins but with the plastic sleeve missing. Not sure though. One on each side of swingarm.

They are lazy, or cheap depending on where you stand, paddock bobbins.

They are just a bolt and a nut, so, nothing is missing as it wasn't there

Guy at Micheldever tyres did this when he put tyres on my bike. Thing is he left them in. I road around with two feck off bolts sticking out of my SV for about a week before I noticed. I'd never buy bobbins now. I have to old crappy bolts that fit perfectly for free! :D
