Ha ha, I quite often drop cakes off for his clinical team if I've been doing a big load of baking as the hospital is next door to Lord's. Because what you need is to be operated on by a bunch of people who are bouncing off the walls on a massive sugar rush.

Yeah, when I'm making one of my batches of cakes I will drop them off to my colleagues. Or in real Simon life terms, I get some Tesco Value Ginger snaps out of a box and share them with myself. :)
