SV650X wont start.

hi guys im new to bikes and got my self a sv650 x i was riding along in the rain and my bike cut out and ever since it wont start i can turn it over but it wont fire im no mechanic but i want to see if i can resolve this issue my self with a bit of help from you guys

I'm not much of a mechanic myself, but I'd suspect its to do with the ignition if it stopped due to the rain. First thing would be to get it somewhere dry, disconnect the HT leads, give them a wipe over with WD40 and check that the ends aren't full of water.
