Out of interest, why would you want to know?
I certainly wouldn't, my family have always been working class without a pot to pee in so I doubt we had some ;)

If we didn't, are we allowed some now to make up for it?

Only if you go down to Mogadishu and collect them in person.

Its a good idea. You can trace the slaves descendants and then go apologise to them as its relevant

I believe Britain banned the slave trade 210 years ago.Im sure Tony Blair must have apologised for it along with everything else so how about a vote of thanks from all the descendants of slaves for our progressive and magnificent stand all those years ago?

As payback for the actions of his ancestors, I am now taking Wideboy as my slave.
Gav, my bedpan is full.

I thought they were called cat owners. Certainly the case in my house. Iggle expects me to open the cat flap for him as he's too lazy to do it himself.

Please tell me you mean the flap to get in and out of the house? :p

We have a cat flap in the back door which leads into the conservatory and from there the garden. If I am in the kitchen he stands by his cat flap and waits for me to open it for him. His brother Piggle likes to be carried up to bed in the evening, as it is so exhausting walking up one flight of stairs.

And this from the man who gave Iggle half an hour of tummy rubs and then played endless games of mousey.

Is this designed for liberal, white, upper-middle class wringers to look at, so they can feel guilty for something they didn't do, happened before they were born and they had no control over. Or is it so bigots can discover that they did have slaves and fantasise about how good their great-great grandfather had it?
Either way, this is a bloody terrible idea. I don't see how any right-minded person would possibly want to know.
