thank's guys, just having a fryup, small cafe outside Builth wells on the A470, 216 mile already this morning, done the brecons, next over to shrewsbury way, stoke -on-trent, Leek and on to lunch in Bakewell, this afternoon a play in the peaks, it's all good....:)

Sorry Love but a number of factors stopped me doing all I wanted (as always) and I was a little beat after 6 days in the leg brace, unlike normally I didn't take a day off in the middle (although I did sneak an afternoon snooze at one point/ more need than want though).
