I found that it was down to a nicotine craving during the night. A patch stopped mine completely.

Aye, although I'm on the e-fags these days. Still getting the nicotine obviosuly so it's maybe time to pack them in too.

I got fitted for a night-guard for when I'm sleeping but it's a pretty constant thing during the day too. Anything that requires any concentration and I'm clenching like a good un.
