What's Facepage? Don't have time to click the link as I have to go and buy more sweets 'cos I've run out.

Don't be ridiculous, walking to the shop wastes precious calories, just buy them in bulk and have them delivered by this company:

Can you make a Facebook page viewable to none Facebook users? I've no urge to join the herd, but would like to view your page.

That sandwich looks mental. Scrambled eggs and Coconut oil!

Well if your Facebook profile pic is up to date the diet isn't doing you any harm. Nice work.

Yep, I'm a non-FB user and I can see it.

Just spotted that pic of you hanging upside down from the punchbag :rambo:
If that's you relaxing your workouts must be extreme.
Either that or you're part vampire.....

As your page is not a personal account, I think settings maybe different, and public. Ask MB, she has her art page as well as personal account.

I can vouch for Agys physique, I've been following her page for a few months now, its very useful.
Have to say though, I like using weights in my exercise routine but I think yer a bit of a nutter and got a fetish!!! I'm a lightweight in comparison, pun well and truly intended. Think I'm going to have to lay off them a while, as my shoulder is beginning to complain, I'm not supposed to use them, its instable and very hypermobile. Also the, same side wrist is misbehaving. Not had that before.
The pole dancing raised my eyebrows, I've not been able to do that in years!

As said her page is useful, and one of my favourite tips is the one leg lifts. A recent video, very easy and working wonders amongst that which I do already.

Did I mention I looooooooove da cake! ;)

If you're hyper mobile then you should def do weight to strengthen not only the muscle but the tendons and ligaments around to stabilise the joint.

LOL I do loooove my weights :)

I love cake too ;)

My physio told me not to :/

As long as I do the Pilates orientated exercise for a while, directed at controlling movement...as let's face it, that shoulder just flaps about like an overstretched elastic band..I should be able to carry on with the weights after a break. I just don't want to further damage what I've looked after for many years pain free. It's just a blip, I've probably pushed too much, and done an incorrect lift, jarring it. :( It's coincided with the wrist, so bad me there!

Make sure you do the exercises your physio told you :) it's all too easy to ignore them. I did in the past but as soon as I start again, I see the difference straight away.
