Whats the magnetic pick up sensor for and where'd you put it? A fancy cycle computer? How do I know which tracks this works with?

A fancy cycle computer? Kinda, I guess :-) But this is no toy, its a high quality race item.

You have a dash that you mount somewhere you can see it, then there is a pick-up sensor that you mount at the bottom of the bike fairing, as close to the track surface as possible. The sensor connects to the dash with a lead. If you need a longer lead they can be bought fairly easily.
