I've actually got two seats too. One has a tiny tear about 20mm long on the lower left side. You can have the torn one for £15 delivered or the better one for £18.

I may do, but will have to rummage around about a million screws in dozens of tubs.

They're easy to get hold of from pretty much any local DIY store.
