Can anyone help?

Im trying to create a template which mainly consists of a table.
This table is blank and the user inputs text into the rows then prints it off.

Currently if the user hits return within a text row it bumps the remaining rows down and then pushes the table onto the next page. Is there a way to get the table to stick to its current size by deleting rows when another line is created in a row above it?

Could you create the form, print it as pdf,
insert pdf into word
drawn text boxes in the relevant locations.

Then as a user clicks in a box it will maintain the text bodies individually.

Sounds like you need to import an excel table into the word document.

Presumably at the moment you've just got a table drawn in with the tools word provides?

Table from the tool menu then table properties - row tab - specify hight 'specify the hight you want' - row hight is 'exactly' from drop down box. and uncheck the allow row to break across pages.
