What do you use to buy/sell bikes most?

Just wondering which one people turn to most instinctively: ebay/biketrader/mcn/forums etc.

Depends how rubbish it is but fleabay would be my first choice after I'm through with a vehicle.

Fleebay because of the volume. I just treat it as a classified though. I would never bid on a bike, seen or not.

The best thing to do is take The Idle Biker with you. He can spot a lemon a mile off.

Yeah, he's great with fruit.

Bikes on the other hand... Terrible.

I would use gumtree mostly.

gumtree + pistonheads.

But when buying I use everything, see bike, and make decision on price there and then. With the intentions of walking away.
