Has not managed to turn and instead to correct the situation only worsened its braking and that's what happened...

Very very big thanks to Tristan for the phone number of moto assistance company.
P.S. I`m ok, and the biggest problem with front wheel, I need to change it, maybe somebody can give an advice where to buy BLACK front wheel?
Glad you're ok, that looks like it had a lot of potential to go very very wrong. Stone dyke's dont tend to move out the way for you.
Hope you get the bike fixed soon.

First thought is to sell it...on the other hand it is very good and damaged just a little bit..Anyway, looking for a front black rim or potential buyer for a tempting price =)

Bad news amigo. Could have been a whole lot worse by the look of it though. There's nothing worse than that feeling of fecking up a corner, knowing you shouldn't hit the brakes... But Having to hit the brakes!
Ps- did you know your front tyre is a different profile to standard? Does it make a difference?... In theory i believe it should have more tyre on the road for fast cornering!!

Crash tester! Unlucky pal. Now at tempting price I'd but it. How tempting is your offer?
Btw forks will most likely be bent. My rim buckled slightly from a little low speed and bent the forks

Very tempting=) If somebody interesting welcome to the private messages for discussion

I don`t think so, there was no hard shock, just sliding

Welcome to the family! :)
Glad you bounced good.
Another front rim should not be too hard to find. On here or phone around the bike breakers.
I would also change the front tyre for some other type. It will help restore some confidence.

Think you need two wheels pal looking at where the rim just leaves the picture in the last shot, it certainly looks deformed. Its definetly taken a knock to the rear (perhaps into that little wall) as the chain is slack and the spindle plate has been knocked into/against the swing arm.
Whats the vital stats of the bike (year/mileage/mot/tax etc) I'd perhaps consider it before you involve insurance companies.

rear rim is easy to repair.

Good that your ok.
I dinged my rim like that went I crashed. Forks were fine. I got a front wheel for £90 from a breakers yard, and got it powder coated. Bike was fine after that.
Bear in mind my bike didn't actually hit anything just slid a long way from a fairly high speed.

Can't see the pictures on this pc and the mobile is too wee to show pictures to any quality, but stripping the front end of the SV isn't a difficult job* especially if you've got a paddock stand that go's into the bottom yoke. You can have the front end stripped down in less than an hour, sometimes takes a little longer to put it all back together mind you :)
It might be a good idea to change the fork oil while you've got the forks out to give them a check, and give the brakes a wee service too...
S'all good and well worth while. I'd certainly advise against making the snap choice to sell the bike. You may regret it.
*I find it quite an enjoyable job to do, gives a good sense of satifaction.

Thanks.
btw I decided to change both rims
PS. Somebody know where in glasgow a workshop that may balance and fit new wheels on the bike?
I generally take my bike up to Bill the Biker, had tyres and chain/sprockets fitted - the tyres would have needed balancing. Pretty sure he will do most things if you ask!

It is very sadly but there are rascaldom in UK as well. Even I can understand that it is a fraud! But I can`t do more than just post it here. Thanks for attention and be safe!

That phone number seems to match up to this geezer http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SUZUKI-SV-650-BREAKING-ALL-PARTS-AVAILABLE-CHEEP-/171033550656?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts_13&hash=item27d264df40#ht_677wt_950 who has a few bike bits and bobs for sale. Only a limited number of feedback comments so no idea if it is legit or dodgy - terrible spelling though! I guess if paying by paypal you would probably have some protection?

Hi
Don't suppose that was you I saw on the M74 last wkend on the Saturday, southbound and you came off at the Raith roundabout?
I was on the same bike as you, in the outside lane, you were in the middle lane? Maybe not, but there aint many of the colour of bike we have kicking about!
Hope you've managed to get things sorted with your bike and your mobile again.
All the best
